- Unlimited free customized of everything. Please communicate scope of work needed.
- Over-the-top heavy detail cleaning each time. You want an affordable turnover designed to have happy guests walk into a clean home, not an extensive detailed cleaning that will eat at your profit. Baseboard detailing, air vents, cleaning under heavy furniture, detail blind cleaning, small dust on top of doors will not be done every single time (a deep cleaning once a quarter or as needed can be scheduled).
