*HELP US HELP YOU! We kindly ask that all clutter, personal items, very fragile and or expensive items be put away before we start working on your cleaning. Place all used rugs, washcloths, blankets and towels from areas in your home to your designated area for you to wash later. This is to ensure the best job and cleanest environment for you.
*We cannot move furniture or heavy appliances, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. (For move out cleans we ask all items be removed from the home and heavy appliances are moved for us if you want under that area cleaned)
*Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2-step ladder.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
*Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home, are turned away at time of service, or cancellations not made within 24 hours of service there is a $50 service fee.
* Laundry is only included in Turnover Services.
*We understand every home has its unique cleaning needs. Our company has options available to meet them. Cleaning services can be booked as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or just a one-time thing. Basic cleaning services are offered ONLY to our recurring clients who receive a deep cleaning. A deep cleaning is offered for our first-time, one-time, or special request cleanings.
