No. As long as we have access to the home or property, you do not need to be present during service. Many clients choose to be away while we clean.

Pricing & Quotes

All services are quoted individually based on the size, setup, condition, and scope of work required. This ensures fair pricing and accurate service planning.

Instant booking and flat pricing often do not reflect the true needs of a home or property. Our quote-first model allows us to deliver quality service without rushing or creating mismatched expectations.

In some cases, yes. We may reach out with a few follow-up questions to ensure the quote accurately reflects the scope of work before scheduling service.

Residential Cleaning

A standard clean focuses on routine upkeep for well-maintained homes. A deep clean includes additional detail work such as baseboards, trim, buildup removal, and deeper sanitation. Deep cleans are recommended for first-time clients or homes needing a reset.

Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring residential cleaning services, customized to your home and needs.

Yes. Optional add-on services are available and can be discussed during the quote process.

Airbnb & Short-Term Rentals

Standard turnover cleaning includes full unit cleaning, bathroom sanitation, kitchen wipe-down, floor cleaning, trash removal, linen reset, amenity restocking, damage or issue reporting, and same-day or emergency turnovers when available.

Laundry services are billed separately from turnover cleaning and are priced based on the sleeping capacity and setup of the unit. Laundry fees are established per unit and applied consistently.

Yes. Property management and co-hostng services are offered as a separate service line and are quoted independently based on scope and involvement.

If a unit requires work beyond standard turnover scope due to conditon, a conditon-based adjustment may apply. These adjustments are assessed on-site and communicated clearly

Maternal Cleaning Services

No. Maternal cleaning services are residential cleaning services only. We do not provide medical care or childcare services.

Maternal cleaning services are designed with extra care, gentle pacing, and enhanced hygiene standards to support expectng, postpartum, and NICU-to-home mothers.

Yes. Baby-safe and low-tox product optons are available for maternal services.

You do not need to decide alone. Share your situation during your quote request, and we will help guide you to the service that best supports your needs.

Scheduling & Policies

We recommend requesting service as early as possible to ensure availability.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling and cancellation policies will be communicated during the booking process.

Yes. If something is missed or does not meet expectations, please notify us within the designated timeframe and we will address it promptly
