- We kindly ask that all clutter, personal items, very fragile and or expensive items be put away before we start working on your deep cleaning. Place all linen from areas in your home to your designated area for you to wash later. This is to ensure the best job and cleanest environment for you.
- Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2-step ladder.
- Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
- Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home, are turned away at time of service, or cancellations not made within 24 hours of service there is a $50 service fee.
- Dishwashing & Laundry are only offered in Rental Cleanings.
